- Lead and advocate UX strategy for Fintech and high standard for design
- Set a clear vision and direction for the product based on understanding of the customers’ pain points, competitive landscape, and the bank’s strategic direction.


-Translate key customer experiences and analyze the entire customer journey, define business strategy, requirements, features, functionality, set timelines, and lead a cross-functional team through the customer journey lifecycle.
- Develop strategies and conceptual approaches for both internal and external parties, and possess the skills to lead design teams (UX, UI).
- Demonstrate strong project and people management skills, capable of functioning as both a project leader and an individual contributor.
- Proficient in sketching, visualizing, prototyping, and testing service solutions in both the early and late stages of development.
- Prioritize user needs while considering business objectives and technical constraints.
- Focus on improving processes digital tranformation for new experiences and features that can build high-performing customer experiences, including new methodologies.
- Strong in ideation and conceptualization for all digital products.
- Drive the design cycle, lead workshops, and ensure all requirements are met.
- Communication skills: English, Chinese, Thai, German.
